RATES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
The current rates are available to customers in the reception office and on the website www.nomadicvalenciacampingcar.com/rates, although it should be noted that the rates published on the website are for informational purposes only and have no contractual content, the binding rates being those shown to the client at the time of express confirmation of the reservation.
The maximum capacity of the plot is 6 people (including babies / children).
The plot fee includes 2 people + 1 vehicle.
Children under 5 years old do not pay. The rest are considered as extras and their amount varies according to the current rate.
Pets are allowed at no additional cost.
Rates are WITH TAXES INCLUDED.
For payment through an online gateway, the supported methods areVisa and Mastercard.
DISCOUNTS AND RATES FOR LONG STAYS:
Depending on the period of the year in which you make the reservation and the number of nights, you may enjoy discounts or special prices for long stays. All discounts are applied on the plot fee (standard, superior, superior XL plot). Long stay rates (from the fourth night) apply to the pitch rate and for the electricity service. Discounts are not cumulative with other promotions, except with rates for extended stays. The reservation system on our website will automatically calculate the final price, taking into account the discounts and rates in force at the time of your reservation.
Discounts and rates for long stays are added advantages that can be canceled at any time by the Company, although it undertakes to inform its clients of that change or cancellation.
Discounts thatrequire the presentation of a physical document to prove its validity are excluded from the automatic calculation. Please inform them of the possession of this document either at the time of booking or at the time of arrival at the establishment.
Check-in time: from 2pm. Departure time: before 12 noon.
Late check-out: It is possible to extend the day of departure until 7pm through the late check-out rate, the amount of which is 50% of the price of the plot.
Electricity cannot be contracted for periods shorter than the total number of nights reserved.
The final price of your stay at the time of booking your reservation refers to the information provided by the client at the time of said reservation. Any modification by the client both of the dates of the reservation and of any service subject to a price may entail a modification of the final price of the stay.
The client, at the time of making the reservation, undertakes to read these general contracting conditions, the advance payments and the total price of the contracted stay being a sign of acceptance of them and of Nomadic Valencia Camping Car internal regulations.
The reservation conditions are as follows:
A 25% of the amount of the stay will be paid when the reservation is formalized. The rest will be paid upon arrival. Reservations will be confirmed when the aforementioned deposit is received
For stays longer than 15 nights, the outstanding amount can be paid weekly. Customers who intend to check out before the reception opening time must settle their account the day before departure.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be communicated in writing signed by the holder of the reservation or authorized person that must be sent by email to the following address:
In case of cancellation, the refund of the reservation deposit will be made as follows:
With more than 1 month notice: 90% of the deposit.
From 7 to 30 days: 50% of the deposit.
With less than 7 days: 0% of the deposit.
If the client leaves the campsite before the dates contracted once the stay has begun, he will not be entitled to any refund or compensation of the price paid as long as he does not meet the minimum stipulated at the time of booking.
The amount to be returned will be refunded in the same way in which the deposit was paid.
PRESENTATION / NO SHOW
The reservation that does not arrive on the scheduled day will be kept until 12: 00h the next day. From this moment and if there is no news from the client, it will be considered null and the amount paid will be available to the company. In the event that the client arrives after the arrival date, he must pay for the day not enjoyed.
